What do you sell?
Print-on-demand apparel and related physical goods with original, music-inspired designs. Items are printed after you order. They are not pre-stocked unless a listing says otherwise.
Is this official artist or band merchandise?
No – unless the product page states that we hold a written license. Our designs are inspired by music culture. They are not official merch of any artist, band, label, venue, or tour by default.
Do you sell replicas or bootleg merch?
No. We do not sell counterfeit goods or unofficial copies of another brand’s official merchandise.
Will the item look exactly like the photo?
Photos show the product you are buying. Print placement, ink, and fabric color can vary slightly in print-on-demand production. Lifestyle photos do not include extra items unless the listing says they are included.
Do I own the design after I buy a shirt?
You own the physical item. You do not receive copyright in the artwork or a license to reprint the design for sale.
Orders and payment
When is my order confirmed?
After payment is accepted. You will receive a confirmation email. Production may begin shortly after that.
Can I change size, color, design, or address?
Only if printing has not started. Email [email protected] immediately with your order number. After production starts, we cannot change the order. After delivery, you may use the return policy. We do not offer exchanges.
What currency do you charge?
U.S. dollars (USD), unless checkout shows another currency.
Do prices on Google Shopping match the website?
They are intended to. The price, shipping, and availability on the product page and at checkout are the amounts that apply.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
United States: $6.99 per order.
Other eligible countries: $12.99 per order.
How long until my order ships?
Processing / handling is 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). This is the time to print and hand the package to the carrier. It is not transit time.
How long is transit after the package ships?
United States: 7–10 business days.
Other eligible countries: 10–14 business days.
When should I expect delivery?
Add both windows.
United States: about 10–17 business days from order to delivery.
Other eligible countries: about 13–21 business days.
These are estimates, not guarantees. We do not offer overnight or 1–2 day shipping unless a listing and checkout both say so.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, to eligible countries our partners can serve. Some remote addresses may be unavailable. Duties and taxes in the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout says they are included.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. We email a tracking number when the carrier has the package. “Label created” does not always mean the box has been scanned yet.
What if I entered the wrong address?
We cannot reliably redirect a package after it is with the carrier. Extra shipping or a refund minus outbound shipping may apply if the package is returned because of an address error.

What is your return policy (United States)?
This is the program submitted to Google Merchant Center for the United States:

How do I start a return?
Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and whether the item is defective or unused. For defects, attach photos. We send a free U.S. return label to print.
Do you exchange for another size or color?
No. Return the item for a refund and place a new order if you want a different size, color, or design.
Do I get original shipping back?
If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the listing: yes, product price and original outbound shipping.
If you return an unused item because you changed your mind: product price is refunded; original outbound shipping is not.
What condition must the item be in?
New only. Do not wash or wear the item except for a brief try-on. Worn, stained, or altered items may be refused.
Does the same free-label program apply outside the United States?
The Google Merchant Center return program described above is set up for United States deliveries. If your order shipped elsewhere, email support before you send anything back.
How long until I see the refund?
We issue it within 10 days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take additional days to show the credit.
Problems with a package
Tracking says delivered but I do not have it.
Check with household members and the delivery location, wait 24 hours, then email [email protected] with the order number and tracking number.
The print is wrong or the item is damaged.
Email photos and your order number. That is treated as a defective or incorrect item under the return policy.

On our Privacy Policy page. We use order information to print, ship, support, and (where allowed) measure ads, including Google Merchant Center and Google Ads.
