PopReelza.com (“PopReelza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is owned and operated by Ecomcht LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit PopReelza.com, place an order, contact support, or see our listings on Google Shopping and other Google surfaces.

This policy is written for customers in the United States. If you use the site from another country, your information may be processed in the United States.

If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the site or submit an order.

2. Personal information we collect

We collect information you provide, information created when you buy or browse, and information from service providers that help us run the store.

Account details if you create an account (email, password hashed by our platform, order history)
Payment details entered at checkout – card or wallet data is collected by our payment processor, not stored by us as full card numbers

Google Shopping / Google Ads – to show product listings and ads
Google Analytics or similar measurement tools — to understand site traffic

We submit product and policy URLs to Google so listings stay accurate. We do not sell your order list to Google as a marketing list. Identifiers from cookies or ads may still be used by Google to measure and personalize ads according to your Google account settings.

To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with your name, the email used on the order, and the request. We will verify the request before completing it. You may use an authorized agent as allowed by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. If we use advertising cookies or pixels that qualify as “sharing” under California law, you may email us with the subject Do not sell or share my personal information. You can also use industry tools such as the Network Advertising Initiative or Digital Advertising Alliance opt-outs, and Google’s ad settings.

We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you for extra profiling beyond running the store and ads described above.

10. Children

PopReelza is a general-audience store. It is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, email us and we will delete it as required.

11. International visitors

If you order from outside the United States, your information is processed in the United States by us and by our payment, print, and shipping partners. Your country’s rules may differ. Customs agencies in the destination country may see name and address on the parcel.

12. Links to other sites

Product pages or emails may link to carriers, Google, payment brands, or social networks. Their privacy practices are their own. This policy covers only information we control on PopReelza.com and in our support channels.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
