PopReelza.com (“PopReelza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is owned and operated by Ecomcht LLC. This statement explains what our products are, what they are not, and how we treat copyright, trademarks, and authenticity for listings on our Site and in Google Merchant Center.

This page is part of our public policies. It should be read with our Terms of Service, DMCA / Copyright Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.

1. Who sells these products

Every item offered on PopReelza.com is sold by Ecomcht LLC. We are the merchant of record for those orders.

2. What “authentic” means on PopReelza

PopReelza products are authentic PopReelza goods: printed to order from artwork we created, commissioned with rights to sell, or licensed in writing.

Authentic on this Site means:

The product you receive is the item described on the product page (type, design, color, and size you selected)
The item is new when shipped
The item is not a replica, knock-off, or counterfeit of another brand’s official merchandise
We do not use another company’s trademark, logo, or official trade dress to pass our goods off as theirs

Authentic does not mean the product is official artist, band, label, venue, festival, or tour merchandise — unless the product page states that we hold a license for that design.

3. Licensing position

Default rule. Our catalog is original, music-inspired artwork and typography. We do not claim a license from any artist, band, record label, publisher, venue, or tour merely because a design is about music.

Licensed designs. If we obtain a written license, the product page will say so in plain language (for example, that the design is used under license from the named rights holder). Until a page says that, treat the item as an original PopReelza design, not as official merch.

What we do not license by implication

Artist or band names used as if we were their merch store
Album cover art
Official logos, tour marks, or festival marks
Song lyrics or other copyrighted text
Celebrity likenesses

We do not sell counterfeit goods. We do not sell “bootleg” concert merch. We do not describe an unlicensed design as “official,” “authorized,” “genuine [artist] merch,” or “licensed by [label].”

4. How this maps to Google Merchant Center

Google Merchant Center prohibits counterfeit goods and restricts listings that use copyrighted content without authorization. Our feed and Site are intended to follow those rules:

If we remove a design because of a copyright or trademark issue, we will also discontinue that offer in our Merchant Center feed so the listing does not remain available on Google after it is gone from the Site.

5. Product titles, ads, and search terms

We may use ordinary words about music (for example guitar, vinyl, concert, studio) to describe a design we created.

We will not use another party’s trademark in a title or description in a way that is likely to confuse shoppers into believing PopReelza is that brand or is endorsed by that brand.

If a customer searched for an official artist name and landed on an original PopReelza design, the product page is still an original design unless it states a license.

6. Artwork sources

Designs offered on the Site come from one of these sources only:

Created by us or by a contractor who assigned or licensed commercial rights to Ecomcht LLC
Used under a written license from the rights holder
Otherwise permitted by law

We keep records of design origin where reasonably possible. We do not scrape official merch stores or album artwork to reprint as our catalog.

Customer-supplied files, if we ever accept them, are the customer’s responsibility. We may refuse or cancel any file that appears to infringe copyright, trademark, or publicity rights.

7. What you receive when you buy

Purchase of a PopReelza item gives you the physical product that was printed and shipped. It does not transfer:

Copyright in the artwork
A trademark license
The right to reproduce the design for sale
Any affiliation with an artist or label

You may wear or gift the item. You may not copy the design for commercial use.

8. Complaints and takedowns

Trademark owners and others who believe a listing is misleading or unauthorized should email [email protected] with the subject Authenticity or licensing complaint and include:

Your name and authority to act
The mark, work, or name claimed
Product URL(s)
Why the listing is unauthorized or confusing

We will review complete complaints and remove or correct listings when appropriate. Rights holders may also use Google’s copyright or legal-issue forms for Shopping listings.

9. Quality and condition

Items are printed new after you order. Minor variation in print placement, ink, and fabric color can occur in print-on-demand production. That variation is not a license issue and is not evidence that an item is counterfeit.

10. Changes

We may update this statement. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Product pages control whether a specific design is licensed. This statement controls the default rule for the catalog.
