Terms of Service – PopReelza | Music-Inspired Apparel Printed to Order

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PopReelza.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of products from the Site.

The Site is owned and operated by Ecomcht LLC, doing business as PopReelza (“PopReelza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your place of residence. If you buy as a consumer in the United States, you represent that the information you give at checkout is accurate.

You are responsible for the payment method you use and for any purchase made with that method.

3. What we sell

PopReelza sells print-on-demand apparel and related physical goods with music-inspired designs. Items are created after you place an order. They are not pre-stocked warehouse goods unless a listing clearly says otherwise.

Our designs celebrate music culture. They are not official merchandise of any artist, band, record label, venue, festival, or tour unless a product page states that we hold a license for that design. Product titles and descriptions must be read that way.

Colors, print placement, and fabric texture can vary slightly from on-screen mockups. Photos show the product you are buying. Lifestyle images are for context and do not include extra items unless the listing says they are included.

4. Orders, prices, and payment

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order if a product cannot be printed, payment fails, fraud is suspected, or the item cannot be shipped to your address.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. The price, taxes (if calculated), and shipping charged at checkout are the amounts you agree to pay. If a listing, ad, or Google Shopping result shows a price, that price must match the product page and checkout for the same item, destination, and time.

We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before shipment. If we cannot fulfill the item as described, we will cancel the affected item and refund what you paid for it.

Payment is collected at checkout by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.

Promotions apply only as written on the Site and may be withdrawn at any time for future orders.

5. Production and cancellation

Processing / handling time is 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed, as described in our Shipping Policy. Production may begin shortly after checkout.

You may request cancellation only if printing has not started. Email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. After production starts, the order cannot be changed (size, color, design, or address) and cannot be cancelled. After delivery, the Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

6. Shipping

Shipping terms are in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms.

These windows are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We do not offer overnight or 1–2 day delivery unless a specific listing and checkout both say so.

You must provide a complete, deliverable address. Duties and taxes outside the United States are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout expressly includes them.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers to the address you gave, or according to the carrier’s delivery rules for that service.

7. Returns, refunds, and exchanges

That policy is the version submitted for United States returns in Google Merchant Center and includes:

Exchanges not accepted
Condition: new only (unused, unwashed, resellable)
Window: 30 days from delivery

Return label: download and print, free (U.S. program)

Refund issued within 10 days after we receive and inspect the return

Refunds go to the original payment method. Original outbound shipping is refunded when the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the listing. For change-of-mind returns of unused items, the product price is refunded and original outbound shipping is not refunded.

We do not swap a delivered item for another size, color, or design.

8. Product information and advertising

We work to keep titles, descriptions, images, prices, availability, shipping, and return terms consistent across the Site, checkout, and Google Merchant Center.

Availability can change. A product may sell out or become unprintable after an ad is shown. If that happens, we will not charge you for an item we cannot fulfill, or we will refund it.

You agree that ads and free listings may show product information drawn from our feed and Site. Nothing in an ad changes these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Site, our original designs, text, graphics, logos, and product mockups are owned by Ecomcht LLC or our licensors. You may not copy our designs to sell on other stores, scrape the catalog, or use our brand in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item only. It does not give you the copyright in the design, the right to reproduce the artwork, or any license to an artist’s name, likeness, lyrics, or trademark.

You may not upload or request a design that infringes copyright, trademark, or publicity rights. We may refuse or cancel an order that appears to infringe someone else’s rights.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for fraud, chargeback abuse, or unpaid orders you initiated
Interfere with the Site, other customers, or our partners
Scrape, harvest, or overload the Site
Post or send unlawful, hateful, or infringing content to us
Misrepresent your identity or shipping address

We may refuse service, cancel orders, or block access if we reasonably believe these rules were broken.

11. Third-party services

Checkout, payment, printing, shipping, analytics, and advertising (including Google) are provided in part by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for a carrier’s delay once the package is in the carrier’s network, except as stated in our Shipping or Returns policies or required by law.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free listings, or that a product will meet a personal expectation beyond the description on the product page.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecomcht LLC and its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from the Site or an order.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law requires more (for example, certain claims for a defective product that causes personal injury).

14. Indemnity

You will defend and hold Ecomcht LLC harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or content or an address you provide, except to the extent caused by our failure to provide the product as described.

15. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that policy.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer laws of your state of residence may still apply.

Before filing a claim, you agree to email [email protected] and allow 30 days to try to resolve the issue. If a dispute remains, courts located in New Mexico may hear the claim, unless a law that cannot be waived requires another venue.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. The version posted on the Site applies to orders placed after it is posted. Material changes to shipping, returns, or prices will also be reflected on those policy pages and in our merchant listings when required.

18. Other terms

If a part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Ecomcht LLC for use of the Site and purchase of products.
