Intellectual Property Notice – PopReelza | Music-Inspired Apparel Printed to Order

PopReelza.com (“PopReelza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is owned and operated by Ecomcht LLC. This notice states how intellectual property is treated on our Site, on our products, and in product data submitted to Google Merchant Center.

It works together with our Terms of Service, DMCA / Copyright Policy, and Authenticity & Licensing Statement. If a rule in those pages is more specific (for example the DMCA notice format), that rule controls the procedure. This page states the principles.

2. What this notice covers

Intellectual property includes:

Copyright in artwork, photographs, text, mockups, and website content
Trademarks, logos, brand names, and trade dress
Publicity and personality rights in a person’s name or likeness
Design rights and other similar rights where they apply

Google Merchant Center does not allow Shopping listings that infringe copyright or that promote counterfeit goods. We apply the same standard to PopReelza listings.

3. PopReelza’s own intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, Ecomcht LLC owns or is licensed to use:

The PopReelza name and Site content
Original product designs we publish
Product photos and mockups we create
Product titles and descriptions we write

You may view the Site and buy products for personal use. You may not copy our designs to sell, scrape our catalog, clone our listings, or use “PopReelza” or “Ecomcht LLC” in a way that suggests we operate, sponsor, or endorse another store.

Purchase of a printed item transfers only that physical item. It does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, or a license to reproduce the artwork.

4. Third-party intellectual property

We do not claim ownership of other parties’ copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights.

Unless a product page states a written license:

The item is an original PopReelza design
The item is not official merchandise of any artist, band, record label, publisher, venue, festival, or tour
Artist names, lyrics, album art, official logos, and celebrity likenesses are not authorized content on that item

We do not sell replicas, knock-offs, or goods that copy another brand’s mark in order to pass as that brand. That includes unofficial “bootleg” music merch.

5. How we use names and words

We may use ordinary English words about music, instruments, concerts, or listening habits to describe a design we created.

We will not use a third-party trademark in a product title, description, image, or Google feed in a way that is likely to confuse a shopper about who made or endorsed the product.

Compatibility-style references (for example that a size chart follows a common apparel fit) are not a claim that we are affiliated with another apparel brand.

6. Google Merchant Center listings

Product data we submit to Google is intended to match the live product page:

Title and description identify a PopReelza product, not a brand we do not sell
Images show our product and our design
We do not upload official third-party packaging, holograms, or certificates we do not have
If we remove an item for an intellectual-property reason, we will discontinue it in the feed so it is not left available on Google Shopping

A Google ad or free listing is not a license and is not evidence that a third party endorsed the product.

7. User- or customer-supplied content

If a customer or partner submits a print file, image, or text, that person is responsible for having the rights needed to print and sell it.

We may refuse, cancel, or remove any file or listing that appears to infringe copyright, trademark, or publicity rights, including after an order is placed if production has not created an irreversible legal risk we are willing to accept.

8. Reporting an intellectual-property issue

Copyright (DMCA). Follow the notice requirements on our DMCA / Copyright Policy and send the notice to:

Trademark, counterfeit, or publicity. Email [email protected] with the subject IP Notice and include:

Your name and authority to act for the rights holder
The mark, name, or right claimed
Product URL(s), titles, and a short description of the design
Why the listing is unauthorized, confusing, or counterfeit
Your postal address, telephone number, and email

You may also file a complaint with Google about a Shopping listing. A notice to Google does not replace a notice to us, and a notice to us does not replace a notice to Google.

Knowingly false claims may create legal liability for the sender.

9. What we do with a complete complaint

When we receive enough information to locate the listing and understand the claim, we will review it and may:

Remove or edit the product page
Remove or correct images or text
Cancel unfulfilled orders for that design
Discontinue the offer in Google Merchant Center
Refuse to relist the design unless authorization is documented or a valid DMCA counter-notice requires restoration

We may share the complaint with the party who supplied the design when that is needed to process the claim.

10. Repeat issues

We do not relist a design removed for intellectual-property reasons without a documented basis to do so. We may stop doing business with a supplier, designer, or customer who repeatedly submits infringing files.

11. No waiver

Failure to enforce a right in one case is not a waiver of that right. Nothing on the Site grants a license except the limited right to use the Site and to own the physical product you purchase.

12. Changes

We may update this notice. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. The version posted on the Site applies from that date.
